Cadw's description

Situated in stepped terraced row, uphill from Barclays Bank.

Mid C19

terraced house in painted stucco with slate roof and rendered left-end stack. Two-storey three-window range of hornless 12-pane sashes with slate sills, and centre door. Stucco quoins and cambered voussoirs to windows. 6-panel door has panelled reveals, overlight, and early C20 open timber porch with chamfered posts, fretwork head and cornice (similar to that on No 11). Bracketed flat eaves.

Listed as a good example of typical New Quay late Georgian style house, still with original windows and door.
