Situated at end of long unmetalled drive off side lane from Capel Waunifor to Blaenborthyn Farm.

Exterior
Farmhouse and barn in single range, rubble stone, whitewashed on house, slate single roof and stone end stacks to house. House has 2-storey, 3-window range of 6-pane sashes with cambered heads and painted slate sills. Centre door with cambered head. Window heads may be brick, painted over. Barn range to right has large cambered headed barn-entry with stone voussoirs, modern lean-to at right and window beyond. Two first floor loft windows, all windows with stone slab lintels.
