Cadw's description

Situated down 400m drive running SW from Tregroes-Bwlchygroes road.

Dated TL 1790.

Farmhouse, roughcast with slate roofs and roughcast stacks. Two-storey 3-window main range and one-window service range to left. Late C19 or C20 4-pane sashes with stucco hoods and centre door under modern porch. Moulded eaves cornice to main house. Main house has larger left end stack, service range has large end stack. Service range has modern ground floor window and 6-panel door to end wall. Rear of main range is outshut with stair gable.

Front garden enclosed by rubble retaining wall on 2 sides with large roughcast gatepiers on side.

Listed as part of an interesting late C18 to early C19 farm group with dated farm buildings of 1799 and 1826.
