Cadw's description

Situated down track of some 800m running W off road to Capel Cynon fron junction some 1.25 km NW of Maesymeillion.

Early C19

Farmhouse, dated (possibly) 1833, in rubble stone with slate roof and brick end stacks. Two-storey 3-window range of 12-pane sashes, slate sills and stone voussoirs to lower openings. Centre ledged door.

Outshut rear.

Included as little altered example of small earlier C19 farmhouse.
Deteriorating condition (1991).
