Cadw's description

Situated on the corner with Corporation Street.

Late Georgian structure with Victorian and modern alterations, 3-storey, 2-window rendered Terrace Road front with quoins. Asymmetrical glazing resulting from the Council's lease renewal policy ca. 1900 requiring bay windows to be fitted; 2-storey oriels, bowed to left with small pane sash glazing and reeded colonnettes, polygonal to right without glazing bars. Small pane sash windows to 3-storey and attic gable end in Corporation Street.

The ground floor is modernised.
