Cadw's description

At the bottom of the terrace near the corner with King Street, stepped down fron No 36 adjoining to left.

Regency 3-storey, 2-window scribed stucco front; one of the best examples to be found in Aberystwyth of this sea-side style. Slate roof, cement render chimney stacks and wide bracket eaves swept out over full-height tripartite bow windows with fluted colonnettes and small pane sash glazing.

Central classical doorcase with fluted Doric columns and bracket cornice, modern door.

Cement render right side with chimney breast; rubble rear with modern extension.
