History
Part of the mid C19 (after ca 1845) town plan.
Exterior
Simple classical 2-storey, 3-window roughcast and render front with end pilaster strips, cill band and plinth; slate roof, wide boarded eaves and rendered chimney stack. 12-pane sash windows with lugged architraves and ornamental keystones; panelled door with pedimented architrave.
