Cadw's description

On rising ground at the top of the road; detached between the former National School and the former Siloam Baptist Chapel.

Mid C19 (after ca 1845).

Simple classical 2-storey, 3-window roughcast front with end pilaster strips, cill band and plinth. Hipped slate roof, boxed eaves, brick chimney stacks. 12-pane sash windows to first floor with scroll lugged architraves and ornamental keystones; 16-pane ground floor sash windows set in segmental arched recesses. Central pedimented doorcase with recessed 8-panel door and 5-pane fanlight.

Barley twist cast-iron railings with finials to small front terrace with gate of same style.
