Uitwendig in de oorspronkelijke vorm plusminus 1965 herbouwd huis (deel uitmakend van een architectonische groep, de nummers 66 t/m 70) met halsgevel, voorzien van gedeelde vleugelstukken en een palmet in de afdekking (1735).

House externally rebuilt in the original form circa 1965 (part of an architectural group, numbers 66 to 70) with neck gable, provided with divided wing ornaments and a palmette in the coping (1735).
