Boerderij "Heuvelhof". Bakstenen woonhuis met pannen zadeldak in L-vorm. Bakgoot op klossen. Dicht bijeen liggende staafankers. Aan de voorzijde in geel stenen metselwerk 6-ruits schuifvensters en T-schuiframen met rollagen erboven. In zijgevel 9-ruits schuifvensters en 2 XVIIe eeuwse kruisvensters met onderluiken en segmentbogen erboven. Siermetselwerk in geglazuurde stenen tussen en boven kruisvensters. Achtertuitgevel met natuurstenen hoekblokken XVII met jonger voorgedeelte. Aangebouwde schuur, houten wanden met pannen zadeldak plm XVIII B.

Description
Farmhouse "Heuvelhof". Brick dwelling with tiled gabled roof in L-shape. Brick gutter on corbels. Closely spaced rod wall anchors. On the front in yellow brick masonry 6-pane sash windows and T-sash windows with lintel courses above. In side gable 9-pane sash windows and 2 17th century cross windows with underlugs and segmental arches above. Decorative masonry in glazed brick between and above cross windows. Rear spout gable with natural stone corner blocks 17th with younger front section. Attached barn, wooden walls with tiled gabled roof approximately second half 18th century.
