Woning met schuur, dam met hekwerk. Woning onder diep schilddak met hoekschoorstenen. Omlijste ingang met ruitvormige versieringen. Dam over gracht. Op de dam smeedijzeren hekwerk bestaande uit zijstukken, hekposten en hekvleugels met daarin de naam huize Luinga.
