Hoekpand, ontstaan door de samenvoeging tussen 1750 en 1830 van het 17e eeuwse huis "De Hoge Boom" en het daaraan belendende pand, waarbij een nieuwe voorgevel en een nieuw schilddak werden aangebracht. Pand met lijstgevel uit de eerste helft van de 19e eeuw en met door pannen gedekt schilddak.
