Omschrijving
Voormalig huis Snellenburg, rond 1700 bestaande uit een groot rechthoekig bouwdeel van twee bouwlagen met kap met schilden. In later tijd verscheidene malen verbouwd. Rond 1900 tot het huidige uiterlijk van een boerderij en schuur of zomerhuis, beide met topgevel waarlangs snijwerk en makelaar. Tenminste het metselwerk en de balklaag (moer-en kinderbalklaag) van de begane grond van zowel het hoofdhuis als het zomerhuis/schuur behoort nog aan het huis Snellenburg.
Waardering
Het pand is van algemeen belang vanwege (architectuur)historische waarde als overblijfsel van het huis Snellenburg tevens representant van een fenomeen van enkele grote historische huizen in deze polder. In dit verband tevens van bouwhistorisch belang. In zijn boerderijvorm van stedenbouwkundige waarde in de reeks van boerderijen langs het Boveneind.

Former house Snellenburg, around 1700 consisting of a large rectangular building section of two storeys with hipped roof. In later times rebuilt several times. Around 1900 into the present appearance of a farmhouse and barn or summer house, both with stepped gable with carved ornaments and maker's marks. At least the brickwork and the beam layer (mortise and tenon beam layer) of the ground floor of both the main house and the summer house/barn still belongs to the house Snellenburg.
