Omschrijving
Huis Sint Jansgeleen, gelegen op een vroeger omgracht terrein. Rechthoekig twee verdiepingen hoog huis van mergel, 1567, met driepasfries aan de voorzijde en een alliantiewapen boven de ingang. Haakvormig twee verdiepingen hoog huis van baksteen, XVII A; een vleugel later verlengd; met mergelbanden en in mergel omblokte vensters; keldervensters met accoladebogen.XVI ? Haakvormige hoeve van baksteen met speklagen van mergel, 1720 en 1730; ingangspoort met valbrugsponning, waarboven een herplaatste wapensteen, 1571. De in 1961 uitgebrande gedeelten van de schuur en stallen zijn nog niet herbouwd.

House Sint Jansgeleen, situated on a formerly moated site. Rectangular two-storey house of marl, 1567, with three-lobed frieze on the front and an alliance coat of arms above the entrance. Hook-shaped two-storey house of brick, first half of 17th century; one wing later extended; with marl bands and windows blocked in marl; cellar windows with accolade arches, 16th century? Hook-shaped farm of brick with brick and mortar courses in marl, 1720 and 1730; entrance gate with drawbridge slot, above which a relocated coat of arms stone, 1571. The parts of the barn and stalls that burned out in 1961 have not yet been rebuilt.
