Omschrijving
Niet meer geheel oorspronkelijk 19e eeuws daglonershuisje, opgetrokken uit baksteen en gedekt door een met pannen belegd schilddak, waarin dakkapel. Vensters van verschillende datering, waaronder 6-ruiters. Staafankers; topschoorsteen; 1/2-steens rollaagjes; uileborden. Het daglonershuisje bevindt zich op het omgrachte en deels nog met een windsingel beplante terrein (C 3068) van de voormalige Liauckemastate (in 1420 reeds vermeld, in 1824 gesloopt), waarop zich eveneens nog bevindt een 19e eeuwse kop-hals-rompboerderij met stookhok (C 3068). Als toegang tot het terrein fungeert het 17e eeuwse (1604) poortgebouw van de voormalige Liauckemastate (C 2691).

Description
No longer entirely original 19th century day-labourer's house, constructed of brick and covered by a tiled hipped roof, with roof dormer. Windows of various dating, including 6-pane ones. Rod anchors; top chimney; 1/2-brick running bond courses; owl boards. The day-labourer's house is situated on the moated and partly still wind-sheltered terrain (C 3068) of the former Liauckemastate (already mentioned in 1420, demolished in 1824), on which there is also still a 19th century head-neck-body farmhouse with heating house (C 3068). The 17th century (1604) gate building of the former Liauckemastate (C 2691) serves as access to the terrain.
