BOERDERIJ met woonhuis waarvan zijgevel bestaat uit toegangsdeur met bovenlicht, 4 zes-ruitsramen en 3 kleine ramen. Rieten zadeldak met 2 wolfeinden. Naam "Den Kaat" is in rieten dak gewerkt. Tegen zijgevel is een met pannen gedekte uitbreiding gebouwd, welke gedeeltelijk is onderkelderd. In achtergevel jaarankers 1805, in voorgevel jaarankers 1812. Achter de boerderij grote houten schuur met riet gedekt.

FARMHOUSE with residential house of which the side facade consists of an entrance door with fanlight, 4 six-pane windows and 3 small windows. Thatch gabled roof with 2 half-hipped ends. The name "Den Kaat" is worked into the thatch roof. Against the side facade an extension covered with tiles has been built, which is partially undercellar.
