Omschrijving
Herv.Kerk en toren. Waarschijnlijk in 1538 opgetrokken laatgotisch kerkgebouw met driezijdige door steunberen geschoord koor. Het muurwerk thans geheel gepleisterd. Toren in 1748 begonnen, in 1776 voltooid met open houten klokkekoepel. In de kerk betimmerde koorafsluiting waartegen preekstoel, XVIIId, twee overschuifde herenbanken met wapens Ripperda-Albarda, XVIIIa. Banken. 17e eeuwse zerken Ripperda en twee zerken,XVII en XVIII voor predikanten. Orgel met een klavier gemaakt in 1880 door de Gebr. van Oeckelen. Mechanisch torenuurwerk Gebr. Van Bergen, Midwolda, eerste kwart 20e eeuw.

Description
Reformed Church and tower. Probably erected in 1538 as a late-Gothic church building with three-sided choir buttressed by flying buttresses. The masonry now entirely plastered. Tower begun in 1748, completed in 1776 with open wooden bell cupola. In the church boarded choir screen against which pulpit, third quarter of 18th century, two sliding gentlemen's benches with Ripperda-Albarda coats of arms, first half of 18th century. Benches. 17th-century gravestones Ripperda and two gravestones, 17th and 18th century for ministers. Organ with one manual made in 1880 by the Van Oeckelen brothers. Mechanical tower clock by Van Bergen brothers, Midwolda, first quarter 20th century.
