Pand met lijstgevel; consoles op de lijst. Dakkapel met gesneden wangstukken en segmentboogvormige bekroning. Voordeuromlijsting met gecanneleerde pilasters, voluutkapitelen, festoenen op het fries van het hoofdgestel, modillons. Gesneden kalf, bovenlicht. Building with cornice-topped facade; consoles on the cornice. Roof dormer with carved cheek pieces and segmental arch crowning. Door frame with fluted pilasters, scroll capitals, festoons on the frieze of the main entablature, modillons. Carved calf, fanlight. Sash windows in Empire style with scaled central muntin. Stoop.
