Een op de hoek van de Koningsweg en Doelenstraat gelegen pand bestaande uit een gedeelte met verdieping onder schilddak, waarop in Koningsweg en Doelenstraat vleugels zonder verdieping onder zadeldaken aansluiten. Het hoofdgedeelte heeft een lijstgevel, vensters met roedenverdeling, een dakkapel met wangstukken, en verder een gevelsteen "Provenhuis, gesticht door Geetruyd van Bijlevelt, gesticht Anno 1664". In de laagste aanbouw aan de Koningsweg een korfboogvormig poortje met natuurstenen blokken en gebeeldhouwde sluitsteen XVII-XVIII.

Description
A building located at the corner of the Koningsweg and Doelenstraat consisting of a section with first floor under hipped roof, to which wings without first floor under gabled roofs connect on the Koningsweg and Doelenstraat. The main section has a cornice-topped facade, windows with glazing bars, a roof dormer with carved brackets, and further a gable stone "Provenhuis, founded by Geetruyd van Bijlevelt, founded Anno 1664". In the lowest extension on the Koningsweg a basket-arch-shaped small gateway with ashlar blocks and sculpted voussoir stone. 17th-18th century.
