Pand met klokgevel; natuurstenen aanzetvoluten en segmentvormige bekroning. Beganegrond met twintigruitsschuifvensters voorzien van kalf, deur met bovenlicht; zestienruitsschuifvenster op de verdieping. Verdiept rechthoekig veld in de top.

Building with bell gable; natural stone setting volutes and segmental crown. Ground floor with twenty-pane sash windows provided with shutter, door with fanlight; sixteen-pane sash window on the upper storey. Recessed rectangular field in the top.
