Rechterhelft van een reeds in 1591 als gesplitst vermeld 16e eeuws hoekhuis, met gevel (begin XVIII?) onder rechte lijst waarboven een bakstenen attiek met lisenen omlopend boven de zijgevel. Pui plm 1800/XIXa met geblokte stijlen, gesneden deur en snijraam. Empire roedenverdeling. Op de scheiding met nr 18 een gevelsteen (XVI) waarop DIT IS IN DEN SVARTEN HOREN. Achtergevel in het water van de O.Z. Kolk, met primitieve rollagentop.

Description
Right half of a corner house already mentioned as split in 1591, dating to the 16th century, with facade (early 18th century?) under straight cornice above which a brick attic with pilasters running above the side facade. Shop front circa 1800/early 19th century with blocked stiles, carved door and sash window. Empire glazing bars. On the dividing wall with no. 18 a facade stone (16th century) inscribed DIT IS IN DEN SVARTEN HOREN. Rear facade facing the water of the O.Z. Kolk, with primitive roller brackets at the top.
