Voormalig Brouwerij de Parel. Complex (derde kwart zeventiende eeuw) bestaande uit drie werkhuisvleugels en een woonhuis, om een binnenplaats gegroepeerd, onder omlopend schilddak. De vijf traveeën brede woonhuisgevel vormt aan de straatzijde een risaliet ten opzichte van de flankerende werkhuisgevels.

Description
Former Brewery de Parel. Complex (third quarter seventeenth century) consisting of three work-house wings and a dwelling house, grouped around an inner courtyard, under a continuous hipped roof. The five-bay-wide dwelling house facade forms a risalit on the street side in relation to the flanking work-house facades.
