Omschrijving
Zweedse geschenkwoning (‘twee-onder-een-kap’, type Zw 5d) uit 1953. De houten prefab woning heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond, is twee bouwlagen hoog en heeft een kapverdieping met zadeldak. Boven de voordeuren een afdakje op houten staanders en voor de entrees een lage opstap. De houten buitengevels met verticaal geplaatste delen zijn geschilderd in twee kleuren, bruinrood (begane grond) en lichtgeel (verdieping). Andere onderdelen zoals kozijnen, ramen en windveren zijn wit geschilderd.

Description
Swedish gift house ('semi-detached', type Zw 5d) from 1953. The timber prefabricated house has a rectangular plan, is two storeys high and has a roof-space with gabled roof. Above the front doors a small roof on timber posts and before the entrances a low step. The timber exterior facades with vertically placed sections are painted in two colours, brown-red (ground floor) and light yellow (upper storey). Other components such as frames, windows and wind braces are painted white.
