Inleiding
BOERDERIJ waarvan het stalgedeelte vijf ankerbalkgebinten bevat, waarvan de datering door middel van dendrochronologisch onderzoek is vastgesteld op 1263. Deze datering is de tot nu toe oudste die is vastgesteld van een bovengrondse boerderij in Nederland, mogelijk in West-Europa. Tevens zijn er archeologische waarden. De boerderij heeft in vroeger tijd de functie gehad van armenhoef. Het woonhuis, vermoedelijk oorspronkelijk 17e eeuws, is sterk gewijzigd en gemoderniseerd. De verschijningsvorm van het bedrijfsgedeelte, met wolfeind en overstek, kwam in de geschiedenis in Noord-Brabant veelvuldig voor, maar hiervan zijn slechts enkele bewaard gebleven.
Omschrijving
Het bedrijfsgedeelte van de boerderij heeft een zadeldak met wolfeind en overstek, gedekt door verschillende typen keramische pannen. In de linker zijgevel (vanaf de straatzijde) is tegen het woonhuis aan het dak licht opgewipt, waaronder een toegangsdeur geplaatst is. In de achtergevel twee toegangsdeuren. De bakstenen gevels dateren uit verschillende perioden; hierin stalen ramen van verschillend model. In het interieur vijf ankerbalkgebinten, om en om dubbel en enkel uitgevoerd. De stal is ingericht als kalverenstal.

FARM of which the stable section contains five collar-tie roof trusses, of which the dating has been established through dendrochronological investigation to be 1263. This dating is the oldest to date established for an above-ground farm building in the Netherlands, possibly in Western Europe. There are also archaeological values. The farm formerly served the function of a poor farm. The dwelling house, presumably originally 17th century, has been substantially altered and modernised. The appearance of the business section, with half-hipped roof and overhang, occurred frequently in the history of North Brabant, but only a few have been preserved.

The business section of the farm has a gabled roof with half-hipped roof and overhang, covered by various types of ceramic tiles.
