Omschrijving onderdeel 4.
Naast de toegangsweg tot het Jachthuis ligt de BOERDERIJ WELTEVREDEN. De boerderij is einde 17de eeuw tot stand gekomen en bestaat uit een voorhuis met een aangebouwd gepleisterd bak- of zomerhuis en een grote schuur waarvan de houten wanden in 1905 door baksteen zijn vervangen. De dakvlakken zijn met rode pannen belegd aan de westzijde. Aan de oostzijde met rode en blauwe pannen in ruitpatroon. Het voorhuis is opgetrokken van rode en gele baksteen en ligt onder een zadeldak met wolfeind aan de zijde van de schuur. De puntgevel aan straatzijde heeft negenruitsvensters op de begane grond en de verdieping. Staafankers. In de rechterzijgevel de ingang, vier zesruitsvensters en een klein raam. Hoge schoorsteen. De linkerzijgevel is na de aanbouw gepleisterd en heeft zesruitsvensters en een dakkapel. De aanbouw, het bakhuis of zomerhuis, telt een bouwlaag en ligt onder een zadeldak met wolfeind en rode pannen. De gevel aan de straat is met een pleisterlaag afgewerkt en telt drie vensters. In de geveltop twee kleine vensters. De 19de-eeuwse schuur staat in het verlengde van het voorhuis en is wat breder. De houten wanden zijn in 1905 door rood en geel bakstenen muren vervangen. De linkerzijgevel heeft twee dubbele inrijdeuren met een 'mennetje' of 'klinket', een kleine deur voor personenverkeer. Aan de zijde van het voorhuis een getoogde deur en dito klein venster. Op het eind twee kleine vensters onder segmentboog. De rechterzijgevel telt zes getoogde deuren met bovenlicht. Staafankers.

Besides the access road to the Hunting Lodge lies the FARM WELTEVREDEN. The farm was created at the end of the 17th century and consists of a front house with an adjoining plastered brick or summer house and a large barn whose wooden walls were replaced by brick in 1905. The roof surfaces are tiled with red tiles on the west side. On the east side with red and blue tiles in a diamond pattern. The front house is constructed of red and yellow brick and lies under a gabled roof with half-hipped roof end on the side of the barn. The pointed gable at street side has nine-pane windows on the ground floor and first floor. Staple anchors. In the right side facade the entrance, four six-pane windows and a small window. Tall chimney. The left side facade is plastered after the extension and has six-pane windows and a roof dormer. The extension, the brick or summer house, comprises one storey and lies under a gabled roof with half-hipped roof end and red tiles. The facade facing the street is finished with a plaster coat and has three windows. In the gable apex two small windows. The 19th-century barn stands in line with the front house and is somewhat wider. The wooden walls were in 1905 replaced by red and yellow brick walls.
