Omschrijving onderdeel 22.
KEUTERBOERDERIJ ALTENA.
Op een verhoging in het landschap gesitueerde voormalige keuterboerderij uit ca. 1885. De kleine boerderij deelt het erf met boerderij Boombos. In rode baksteen opgetrokken voor- en achterhuis op T-vormige grondslag: het achterhuis springt ten aanzien van het voorhuis een halve steen naar binnen. Omgaande een gepleisterd plint. Het voorhuis wordt door een met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak afgesloten. Het achterhuis, eveneens gedekt met gesmoorde Oud-Hollandse pannen, wordt door een afgewolfd zadeldak overkapt. In het linker dakschild aan de achterzijde van het voorhuis en in het linker dakschild van het achterhuis voorts een aantal rode pannen. In de voorgevel van het deels onderkelderde voorhuis twee 6-ruitsschuiframen onder strek met opgeklampte luiken en houten lekdorpel, met onder het rechter venster een smeedijzeren ontluchtingsrooster (kelder). In het achterhuis in de linker gevel de toegang naar de woning. Links hiervan een breed vierkant kozijn met vast raam en lekdorpel. Centraal aan de achterzijde de originele hoge opgeklampte staldeur met bovenlicht. Inwendig voorhuis: links de woonkamer en rechts de onderkelderde slaapkamer.

SMALLHOLDING ALTENA.
Situated on an elevation in the landscape, a former smallholding from ca. 1885. The small farm shares the yard with farm Boombos. Front and rear houses constructed in red brick on a T-shaped plan: the rear house is set back half a brick with respect to the front house. Around it a rendered plinth. The front house is crowned by a hipped roof covered with pan tiles. The rear house, also covered with pan tiles, is covered by a half-hipped gabled roof. In the left roof slope on the rear of the front house and in the left roof slope of the rear house further a number of red pan tiles. In the front gable of the partly cellared front house two 6-pane sash windows under arch with clamped shutters and wooden drip edge, with below the right window a wrought iron ventilation grille (cellar). In the rear house in the left gable the access to the dwelling. To the left of this a broad square frame with fixed sash and drip edge. Centrally on the rear side the original tall clamped stable door with fanlight. Interior front house: on the left the living room and on the right the cellared bedroom.
