In de zuidoostpunt van de buitenplaats ligt op het kruispunt van de Almenseweg en de oprijlaan naar het huis een DIENSTWONING uit 1907. Gebouw van rode baksteen, op rechthoekige plattegrond, van een bouwlaag hoog, onder een met rode Muldepannen gedekt wolfdak. De voorgevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld met een voordeur onder boog in het midden, voorzien van een gietijzeren rooster en een 20-ruits bovenlicht. Aan beide zijden een venster met roedeverdeling onder vensterbogen van rode verblendsteen. In de boogtrommels siermetselwerk. Boven de voordeur staafankers en een klein rechthoekig venster met roedeverdeling. Boven de plint rechts naast de voordeur een gevelsteen met: 'Saartje en Henk / Thate / 25 april 1907'. In the south-eastern corner of the country estate, at the junction of the Almenseweg and the access drive to the house, lies a SERVANTS' HOUSE from 1907. Building of red brick, on a rectangular ground plan, of one storey in height, beneath a half-hipped roof covered with red Mulde tiles. The front facade is symmetrically arranged with a front door under an arch in the centre, fitted with a cast-iron grille and a 20-pane fanlight. On both sides a window with glazing bars under window arches of red facing brick. In the arch soffits decorative brickwork.
