Omschrijving onderdeel 14: op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr.14
TUINMUUR behorende bij de historische buitenplaats Rust en Vreugd. Ten noordoosten van het hoofdgebouw is de rechthoekige moestuin gesitueerd met een rood bakstenen tuinmuur die nog niet op het Kadastraal Minuutplan uit 1822 en wel op de kaart van Rust en Vreugd uit ca. 1848 staat aangegeven: de muur is dus in de tussenliggende periode opgetrokken. De tuinmuur wordt afgedekt door rode dakpannen en wordt door steunberen geleed. Tussen hoekpijlers een smalle doorgang met een ijzeren spijlenhekje.

GARDEN WALL belonging to the historical country estate Rust en Vreugd. To the north-east of the main building is located the rectangular kitchen garden with a red brick garden wall which does not appear on the Cadastral Plan of 1822 but does appear on the map of Rust en Vreugd from c. 1848: the wall was thus constructed in the intervening period. The garden wall is capped with red roof tiles and is articulated by buttresses. Between corner pillars a narrow passage with an iron railings gate.
