Twee aaneengesloten DIENSTWONINGEN, elk met een opkamer en kelder onder een gemeenschappelijk met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met de voorgevel gericht naar de Wittenburgstraat. De woningen, die aan de NW-hoek van het park staan, werden omstreeks 1890 gebouwd, ter vervanging van twee oudere dienstwoningen op deze plek (vgl. Kadastraal Minuutplan). Voorgevel: centraal de in een terugliggend rondboogveld de twee toegangsdeuren naar de woningen. Links en rechts twee 6-ruitsschuifvensters, geplaatst in een terugliggend rondboogveld. De linker gevel is blind. De in het park gerichte rechtergevel vertoont beganegronds drie terugliggende rondboogvelden met in de twee rechter velden een 6-ruits schuifvenster. In het terugliggende rondboogveld op de verdieping eveneens een meerruitsvenster. De achtergevel kent een gesloten en onregelmatige vensterindeling.

De twee aaneengesloten DIENSTWONINGEN, deeluitmakend van een ensemble van twee dienstwoningen en stenen schuur, zijn in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang

Two adjoining SERVICE DWELLINGS, each with an attic room and cellar beneath a shared gabled roof covered with Old Dutch tiles with the front facade facing Wittenburgstraat. The dwellings, which stand at the north-west corner of the park, were built around 1890, to replace two older service dwellings on this site (compare Cadastral Minute Plan). Front facade: centrally in a recessed round-arch field the two entrance doors to the dwellings. Left and right two 6-pane sash windows, placed in a recessed round-arch field. The left gable is blind. The right gable facing the park shows at ground level three recessed round-arch fields with in the two right fields a 6-pane sash window. In the recessed round-arch field on the upper storey likewise a multi-pane window. The rear facade has a closed and irregular window arrangement.
