DE KORTE BREE
Een hallehuisboerderijtje uit XIX B op rechthoekige grondslag met middenlangsdeel. In het woonhuisgedeelte een kelder en een zolderruimte. Het geheel is opgetrokken uit baksteen en afgesloten door middel van een rietgedekt zadeldak met wolfseinden. In de voorgevel een opgeklampte toegangsdeur met 2-ruits bovenlicht alsmede 4- en 6-ruits vensters met schuiframen en luiken. De vensters hebben een gepleisterde waterslagdorpel en zijn afgesloten door middel van een 11/2-steens hanekamstrek. De rechterzijgevel is gemoderniseerd in 1952. In de achtergevel, deel en staldeuren. Boven de deeldeuren een zolderluik. Het geheel is aan de bovenzijde licht getoogd en door middel van een rollaag afgesloten. Het gietijzeren venster is niet oorspronkelijk. In de linkerzijgevel een staldeurtje met aan weerszijden een gietijzeren stalvenster met roedetracering. Het geheel is licht getoogd en afgesloten door middel van een 1/2steens rollaag.

DE KORTE BREE
A hall-house farmlet from second half of the 19th century on rectangular ground plan with central longitudinal section. In the dwelling house section a cellar and an attic space. The whole is built of brick and secured by means of a thatched gabled roof with half-hipped ends. In the front facade a clamped entrance door with 2-pane fanlight as well as 4- and 6-pane windows with sash frames and shutters. The windows have a rendered weathered sill panel and are secured by means of a 1 1/2-brick rooster-comb strap. The right side facade was modernised in 1952. In the rear facade, part and stable doors. Above the part doors an attic hatch. The whole is lightly arched at the top and secured by means of a roll moulding. The cast-iron window is not original. In the left side facade a small stable door with on either side a cast-iron stable window with glazing bar tracery. The whole is lightly arched and secured by means of a 1/2-brick roll moulding.
