Omschrijving onderdeel 4
In 1898 gebouwde TUINMANSWONING met gepleisterde gevels op rechthoekige plattegrond onder een met rode pannen belegd zadeldak. De ingang, geflankeerd door twee vensters, bevindt zich in de naar de moestuin en boomgaard gerichte noordelijke gevel. In de naar de oprijlaan gekeerde westelijke zijde drie vensters met roedeverdeling onder getoogde spaarboog. Het huis is aan de noordoostkant onderkelderd.

GARDENER'S COTTAGE built in 1898 with rendered facades on rectangular plan under a gabled roof covered with red tiles. The entrance, flanked by two windows, is situated in the northern facade facing the kitchen garden and orchard. In the western side facing the drive three windows with glazing bars under arched relieving arch. The house is cellared on the north-east side.
