In neoclassicistische trant door de architecten J.P.F. van Rossem en W.J. Vuyk in 1891 ontworpen GRAFMONUMENT (grafnummer O-I-294 / afstandsgraf) als MAUSOLEUM blijkens inscriptie op het fries boven de ingang voor de familie Oscar Carré (1846-1911), circusdirecteur en oprichter van het door dezelfde architecten ontworpen 'Theater Carré'. Carré liet het mausoleum bouwen voor zijn eerste vrouw, Amalia Salamonski. Op de Romeinse tempelarchitectuur geïnspireerd rechthoekig mausoleum met grafkelder en bovengelegen tempeltje op hoge sokkel en opgebouwd uit zand- en hardsteen. Aan de voorzijde leidt een trap van zes treden en sierlijk smeedijzeren hek naar bordes met tempelfront met Corinthische zuilen, hoofdgestel en fronton, waarop omfloerste urn. Eikenhouten toegangsdeur met lichten en vensters aan de zijgevels. A MEMORIAL MONUMENT (grave number O-I-294 / remote grave) as MAUSOLEUM according to the inscription on the frieze above the entrance designed in neoclassical style by architects J.P.F. van Rossem and W.J. Vuyk in 1891 for the family of Oscar Carré (1846-1911), circus director and founder of the 'Theater Carré' designed by the same architects. Carré had the mausoleum built for his first wife, Amalia Salamonski. A rectangular mausoleum inspired by Roman temple architecture with burial vault and elevated small temple on high plinth constructed of sandstone and hardstone. At the front a staircase of six steps and ornamental wrought iron gate leads to a platform with temple front with Corinthian columns, entablature and pediment, upon which a draped urn. Oak entrance door with lights and windows on the side facades. Corinthian pilasters and corner pilasters, worked capitals and gable with vanitas and eternity symbols such as butterfly, inverted torch and ouroboros. Interior floors and walls with decorative motifs. Marble bust of Amalia Salamonski by Henri J. Texeira de Mattos.
