Bij gebouw 1-24 (A10), aan de noordzijde van de woning, door een later opgetrokken of vernieuwd muurtje ermee verbonden, een op rechthoekige plattegrond gebouwde dubbel uitgevoerde bakstenen SCHUUR onder een enerzijds met rode en anderzijds grauwe gegolfde verbeterde holle (Hollandse) pannen gedekt zadeldak tussen puntgevels. In de naar de woning gekeerde zuidelijke langsgevel aan weerszijden van het muurtje een toegangsopening met moderne deur en in beide kopse gevels een vrijwel vierkant venster onder rollaag, met bakstenen onderdorpel en een ongedeeld vast houten raam; het westelijke hiervan vernieuwd. Noordelijke gevel blind. Wit geschilderde windveren.

SCHUUR, deeluitmakend van een ensemble van dubbele officierswoning en bijbehorende schuur, van algemeen belang als goed herkenbaar en (vermoedelijk) relatief gaaf onderdeel van een uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog stammend en door de Duitse bezetter als onderdeel van een groot militair vliegveld opgezet legerkamp, vanwege: architectuurhistorische, stedenbouwkundige, krijgs- en cultuurhistorische en complex- en ensemblewaarden, die onder meer kunnen blijken uit de op locale vormen geïnspireerde traditionalistische bouwtrant, uit de voor de bouwtijd kenmerkende onderdelen en details, uit de kunstmatig opgezette brinkdorpstructuur en de tot in detaillering doorgevoerde camouflage, uit de samenhang van en met het totale militaire vliegveldconcept en de ruimtelijke hoofdlijnen en onderdelen van het kampement, en uit de onderlinge verwantschap van de hierbij toegepaste vormen.

At building 1-24 (A10), on the north side of the dwelling, connected to it by a later-built or renewed small wall, a BARN constructed on a rectangular plan with double-leaf brick construction, covered by a gabled roof with pointed gables, tiled on one side with red and on the other side with grey corrugated improved hollow (Dutch) tiles. In the south-facing long wall facing the dwelling, on either side of the small wall, an access opening with a modern door, and in both gable ends a virtually square window under a relieving arch, with a brick sill and an undivided fixed wooden frame; the western one of these renewed. North gable blind. White-painted wind vanes.
