Bij gebouw 1-7 (B2) schuin tegenover het huis, een aan de andere zijde van de weg geplaatste bakstenen GARAGE / STALLING op rechthoekige plattegrond, die wordt gedekt door een met gegolfde grauwe pannen belegd steil zadeldak tussen puntgevels. De naar het huis gekeerde kopse hoofdgevel met een getoogde toegangsopening onder hanenkam, waarin brede diagonaal beplankte inrijdeuren; lichtspleet in geveltop. Beide langsgevels voorzien van een drietal kleine getoogde vensters onder hanenkam en bakstenen onderdorpels. Achterste kopgevel grotendeels aan het zicht onttrokken door houten aanbouwsel; lichtspleet in geveltop. Wit geschilderde windveren en enig overstek.

GARAGE / STALLING, deeluitmakend van een ensemble van officierswoning, schuur en garage / stalling, van algemeen belang als goed herkenbaar en relatief gaaf onderdeel van een uit de Tweede Wereldoorlog stammend en door de Duitse bezetter als onderdeel van een groot militair vliegveld opgezet legerkamp, vanwege: architectuurhistorische, stedenbouwkundige, krijgs- en cultuurhistorische en complex- en ensemblewaarden, die onder meer kunnen blijken uit de op locale vormen geïnspireerde traditionalistische bouwtrant, uit de voor de bouwtijd kenmerkende onderdelen en details, uit de kunstmatig opgezette brinkdorpstructuur en de tot in detaillering doorgevoerde camouflage, uit de samenhang van en met het totale militaire vliegveldconcept en de ruimtelijke hoofdlijnen en onderdelen van het kampement, en uit de onderlinge verwantschap van de hierbij toegepaste vormen.

Adjacent to building 1-7 (B2) diagonally opposite the house, a brick GARAGE / STALLING placed on the other side of the road on a rectangular ground plan, covered by a steep gabled roof between pointed gables clad with corrugated grey tiles. The gable end facing the house with an arched access opening under rooster-comb moulding, containing wide diagonally boarded entrance doors; light slot in gable top. Both long sides fitted with three small arched windows under rooster-comb moulding and brick undersills. Rear gable end largely hidden from view by a wooden outbuilding; light slot in gable top. White painted wind boards and some overhang.

GARAGE / STALLING, forming part of an ensemble of officers' residence, shed and garage / stalling, of general significance as a readily recognisable and relatively well-preserved component of an army camp dating from the Second World War and established by the German occupier as part of a large military airfield, on account of: architectural-historical, urban planning, military and cultural-historical and complex and ensemble values, which among others can be demonstrated by the traditionalist building style inspired by local forms, by the components and details characteristic of the period of construction, by the artificially established hamlet-like structure and the camouflage carried through in detail, by the coherence with the total military airfield concept and the spatial main lines and components of the camp, and by the mutual relationship of the forms applied herein.
