HISTORISCHE TUIN- EN PARKAANLEG, bestaande uit
a. oprijlaan
b. park
c. moestuin en boomgaard
d. weilanden en erven
ad a.: de oprijlaan, midden XIX, bestaande uit eiken en beuken in afzonderlijke vakken, verbindt via een bajonetbocht de twee evenwijdig lopende wegen Annevillelaan en Geersbroekseweg; de buitenplaats heeft thans aldus twee ingangen; het langste rechte stuk begint bij de Geersbroekseweg en staat hier min of meer loodrecht op; het point-de-vue van dit laangedeelte is de in roodwitte kepers geverfde inrijpoort van de grote schuur (zie onder 5); via twee haakse bochten loopt de laan tot aan de Annevillelaan; de laan is gedeeltelijk bestraat met kasseien; ongeveer halverwege het eerste stuk van de laan vòòr de eerste haakse bocht is een fragment van een derde toegangslaan (afgesneden door snelweg) herkenbaar bewaard.
ad b.: rond het huis ligt, met name aan de noordoostzijde, een landschapspark; het oudste deel, dat zich in een smalle strook achter het huis tot aan de Geersbroekseweg uitstrekt, is in de jaren 60 van de 19e eeuw aangelegd; het is een langgerekt weidegebied, dat in golvende lijnen aan weerszijden omzoomd is door smalle bosstroken; Ca, 20 jaar hierna vond een uitbreiding van de parkaanleg plaats, vermoedelijk eveneens van de hand van de tuinarchitect Louis Fuchs; in de centrale lange wei achter het huis werden de twee vijvers uitgegraven: aan het einde bij de Geersbroekseweg een grote niervormige, waarnaast een heuveltje, en dichter bij het huis een ronde kom; het patroon van de oude padenloop is nog goed herkenbaar; In het verlengde van het park werd aan het begin van de 20ste eeuw, aan de overzijde van de Geersbroekseweg, het aldaar gelegen nog onontgonnen land tot kleine parkweide herschapen met enkele solitaire bomen en boomgroepen. Het doorzicht vanaf het huis en vanuit het park op deze parkweide aan de overzijde van de Geersbroekseweg, dat op de bonnekaart uit 1868 nog niet en op de bonnekaart uit 1935 wel staat aangegeven, bestaat nog steeds.
ad c.: de rechthoekige moestuin -nu een weilandje- ligt in de oksel van de oprijlaan tegenover de portierswoning (zie onder 4); er resteert nog een ijzeren toegangshek (zie onder 7) en een stuk muur met nieuwe aanbouwsels, dat dermate pover is, dat het niet beschermenswaard is. Halverwege het lange rechte deel van de oprijlaan ligt, direct ten noordwesten ervan, een weiland, waarin nog enkele oude fruitbomen staan: de resten van de oude boomgaard.
ad d.: naast de kleine weiden in het park, de moestuin en de boomgaard liggen er ten noorden van de boomgaard weilandjes langs de oprijlaan, waarvan het noordelijkste half omzoomd is door een smalle bosrand; tussen park en Geersbroekseweg ligt ook nog een grote wei. Aan de zuidoostzijde van het park ligt een in aanzien door een in een rechthoek verlopende laan omsloten weiland. Aan de Annevillelaan ligt voorts een rechthoekig weideperceel, dat oorspronkelijk in twee lanen ingeklemd lag. Het zuidoostelijke laanfragment is thans ter hoogte van het weiland niet meer aanwezig maar in het parkbos gaaf bewaard gebleven. De erven betreffen het terrein rond het koetshuis (zie onder 3), bestaande uit rangeerruimte met puinverharding en gras omzoomd door een singel van bomen en struiken, en het terrein voor de grote schuur, nu een tuin behorend bij de tot woonhuis verbouwde boerderij; dit erf is van belang omdat het point-de-vue effect van de poort van de grote schuur vanuit de laan in het geding is.

re a.: the drive, mid-nineteenth century, consisting of oaks and beeches in separate sections, connects via a bayonet bend the two parallel running roads Annevillelaan and Geersbroekseweg; the country estate thus has two entrances; the longest straight section begins at Geersbroekseweg and stands here more or less perpendicular to it; the point-de-vue of this section of the drive is the red-and-white painted gate entrance of the large barn (see under 5); via two right-angled bends the drive runs to Annevillelaan; the drive is partly paved with cobbles; approximately halfway along the first section of the drive before the first right-angled bend a fragment of a third access drive (cut off by motorway) is still recognisably preserved.

The view from the house and from the park onto this park meadow on the opposite side of Geersbroekseweg, which does not appear on the Bonne map from 1868 but does appear on the Bonne map from 1935, still exists.
