Omschrijving
Het ERF is binnen de omgrachting gelegen en voorziet in onbebouwde ruimte rondom boerderij "De Rollen". Het erf is grotendeels onverhard en begroeid met gras; enige verharding ter hoogte van de hals en de westgevel van de grote schuur met grind alsmede een gaffelvormig pad dat de verbinding vormt tussen de brug en de voordeur van het woonhuis en de deur van de grote schuur. Voorts enige verharding aan de oostzijde van beide schuren.
Waardering
Het ERF vertegenwoordigt het algemeen belang wegens:
- de gaafheid;
- de functionele en historische betrokkenheid op de boerderij c.a.;
- de ruimtelijke kwaliteiten;
- de historische zeggingskracht;
- de bescheiden en doelmatige inrichting;

The FARMYARD is located within the moat and provides unbuilt space around the farmhouse "De Rollen". The farmyard is largely unpaved and covered with grass; some paving at the height of the collar and the west facade of the large barn with gravel as well as a forked-shaped path that forms the connection between the bridge and the front door of the dwelling house and the door of the large barn. Furthermore some paving on the east side of both barns.
