Omschrijving onderdeel 3: Voormalig KOETSHUIS.
In 1886 werd dit gebouw neergezet door het echtpaar Wilhelmus Cremers en Johanna Helmich. Het gebouw waarin paardenstal, koetshuis, melkkelder, karnhuis, mangel- en knechtenkamer waren ondergebracht en aan de zuidkant een oranjerie, was een ontwerp van J. Grootter te Zwolle en J. Bijvang te Dalfsen.
Het gebouw van een bouwlaag en een kap is opgetrokken in rode machinale baksteen onder een afgeknot, met grijze Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. De enkele en samengestelde vensters hebben een roedeverdeling en worden afgesloten door een uitgemetselde korf- of liggende ellipsboog met aanzet- en sluitstenen en siermetselwerk in de boogtrommel. De noordgevel heeft een licht risalerende middenpartij, eindigend in een in- en uitzwenkende geveltop met siermetselwerk; in de geveltop een venster geflankeerd door rondboogvormige nissen. In de gevel zijn een deur met bovenlicht, een grote en een kleine vensterpartij geplaatst.
De oostelijke gevel met vensters, een deur met bovenlicht en een baander met ijzerbeslag, gietijzeren decoraties in de bovenlichten en de wapens Cremers en Helmich boven de deur in de sluitsteen. Op het dak staan houten dakkapellen onder rondbogen met houten luiken. Afgezien van de dakkapellen is de rechter zijgevel vrijwel identiek aan deze.
De indeling van de zuidgevel is identiek aan de voorgevel.
In het inwendige is de betegelde paardenstal met vijf stands en gietijzeren palen nog aanwezig. Klinkers op de vloer en pomp tegen de westgevel. Houten plafond van schroten. De ruimte voor de koetsen is herkenbaar maar verbouwd.

Het voormalig KOETSHUIS behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Vilsteren is van algemeen architectuurhistorisch en stedenbouwkundig belang:

Description of component 3: Former COACH HOUSE.
In 1886 this building was erected by the married couple Wilhelmus Cremers and Johanna Helmich. The building which housed a horse stable, coach house, milk cellar, churn house, mangle and servant's room and on the south side an orangery, was a design by J. Grootter of Zwolle and J. Bijvang of Dalfsen.
The building of one storey and a roof truss structure is constructed in red machine-made brick under an ogee hipped roof covered with grey Dutch tiles. The single and composite windows have glazing bars and are closed by a built-in basket or reclining ellipse arch with springer and voussoir stones and ornamental brickwork in the arch ring. The north facade has a slightly projecting central section, ending in an in- and outswinging gable top with ornamental brickwork; in the gable top a window flanked by round-arched niches. In the facade a door with fanlight, a large and a small window section are placed.
The eastern facade with windows, a door with fanlight and a lintel with ironwork, cast-iron decorations in the fanlights and the Cremers and Helmich coats of arms above the door in the voussoir. On the roof stand wooden roof dormers under round arches with wooden shutters. Apart from the roof dormers the right side facade is virtually identical to this one.
The layout of the south facade is identical to the front facade.
In the interior the tiled horse stable with five stalls and cast-iron posts is still present. Brick paving on the floor and pump against the west facade. Wooden ceiling of boards. The space for the carriages is recognisable but has been altered.
