Inleiding
Boerderijensemble " 't Hofhuis" bestaande uit een hallehuisboerderij met waterpomp, links van de boerderij een bijschuur (1938), linksachter een eenroedige hooiberg en links op het erf, door een haag aan het oog ontrokken, een bakoventje.
Omschrijving onderdeel 10C
De BIJSCHUUR uit ca. 1930 heeft op een rechthoekig grondplan één bouwlaag en een zolder onder een wolfdak met gesmoorde muldepannen en windveren. De schuur is opgetrokken uit rode baksteen en gemetseld kruisverband. De schuur heeft een door een rollaag afgesloten trasraam. De gevels zijn voorzien van staafankers. Deuren en vensters zijn segmentboogvormig afgesloten.

Farm complex "'t Hofhuis" consisting of a hall-house farm with water pump, to the left of the farm an outbuilding (1938), to the left rear a single-bay haystack and to the left of the courtyard, hidden from view by a hedge, a small baking oven.

The OUTBUILDING from c. 1930 has a rectangular ground plan with one storey and an attic beneath a half-hipped roof with slurred curved tiles and wind ridges. The building is constructed from red brick in Flemish bond. The building has a sash window closed off by a drip moulding. The facades are equipped with tie rods. Doors and windows are closed with segmental arches.
