Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 7A: BOERDERIJ deel uitmakende van een ensemble van boerderij, schuur, hooiberg en bakoventje en behorende tot de buitenplaats de Kiefskamp.
De rood bakstenen boerderij op rechthoekige grondslag is van het hallehuistype en bestaat uit één bouwlaag en een zolder onder een zadeldak met afgewolfde uiteinden. Het hoge middendeel van het dak is rietgedekt, de onderste helft van de dakschilden wordt gedekt door rode pannen. Op het dak diverse schoorstenen en aan beide zijden een tuimelraam; aan de voorzijde een dakkapel. In de westelijke eindgevel meerruits schuifvensters met luiken in twee formaten; links een uit het midden geplaatste toegangsdeur met bovenlicht. In de zijgevels diverse vensters (veelal met luiken) en deuren. In de oostelijke eindgevel centraal een dubbele getoogde inrijdeur in een omlijsting met wit geschilderde sluitstenen, de deur wordt geflankeerd door hoog geplaatste, getoogde stalvensters; links twee en rechts één getoogde staldeur, eveneens in een omlijsting met wit geschilderde sluitstenen. De boerderij dateert uit de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw.

De BOERDERIJ, deeluitmakend van een ensemble van boerderij, schuur, hooiberg en bakoventje behorende tot de buitenplaats de Kiefskamp is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de ouderdom;
- vanwege de gaaf bewaarde, karakteristieke vormgeving;

Description component 7A: FARMHOUSE forming part of an ensemble of farmhouse, barn, hay barn and small bake oven and belonging to the country seat de Kiefskamp.
The red brick farmhouse on rectangular plan is of the hall-house type and consists of one storey and an attic under a gabled roof with half-hipped ends. The high central section of the roof is thatched with reed, the lower half of the roof slopes is covered by red tiles. On the roof various chimneys and on both sides a roof light; on the front side a roof dormer. In the western end gable multi-pane sash windows with shutters in two sizes; on the left an off-centre entrance door with fanlight. In the side gables various windows (mostly with shutters) and doors. In the eastern end gable centrally a double segmental arch carriage door in a surround with white-painted keystones, the door is flanked by high placed, segmental arch stable windows; on the left two and on the right one segmental arch stable door, likewise in a surround with white-painted keystones. The farmhouse dates from the second half of the 19th century.

The FARMHOUSE, forming part of an ensemble of farmhouse, barn, hay barn and small bake oven belonging to the country seat de Kiefskamp is of general importance:
