Omschrijving
Aan het begin van de laan naar het kasteel naast de kerk staat het smeedijzeren TOEGANGSHEK tussen afwisselend gemetselde hekpijlers met natuurstenen afdekplaat en smeedijzeren posten in een bescheiden Art Deco stijl. Het hek is omstreeks 1916 gemaakt naar ontwerp van de Terborgse architect R.W.J. van Wezel en vervaardigd door de smid T.A. Leijser. Het hoofdhek bestaat uit twee vleugels tussen smeedijzeren posten. De beide oplopende hekvleugels met ronde en diagonale vormen hebben de wapens Wisch in het hart. Hekspijlen met vergulde pijlpunten.

Description
At the beginning of the lane to the castle next to the church stands the wrought-iron ENTRANCE GATE between alternating brick gate piers with natural stone capping and wrought-iron posts in a modest Art Deco style. The gate was made around 1916 according to designs by Terborg architect R.W.J. van Wezel and manufactured by blacksmith T.A. Leijser. The main gate consists of two wings between wrought-iron posts. Both rising gate wings with round and diagonal forms bear the arms of Wisch at the centre. Gate posts with gilded arrow points.
