HISTORISCHE TUIN- EN PARKAANLEG. De tuin- en parkaanleg rond Den Bramel bestaat uit twee gedeelten. Rond het huis ligt het geometrische grachten- en lanensysteem met de tussenliggende terreinen, die waarschijnlijk nog van 17de-eeuwse datum zijn. Daar rond omheen is in het eerste kwart van de 19de eeuw een landschappelijk deel met wandelingen aangelegd, waarvan een aantal zeer markante laanbomen en solitairen resteert. In de loop van de 19de en vervolgens de 20ste eeuw is het park in landschapsstijl veranderd, opengehakt en er is weer bos bij geplant. De volgende onderdelen zijn van historisch belang:
- het rondlopende voorplein met klinkers bestraat. Midden op het gazon een lantaarn (zie hiervoor onderdeel 12).
- de ten noorden en oosten van de huisplaats liggende tuinen, die grotendeels zijn omgracht. HISTORIC GARDEN AND PARK LAYOUT. The garden and park layout around Den Bramel consists of two parts. Around the house lies the geometric moat and lane system with the intervening areas, which probably still date from the 17th century. Surrounding this, in the first quarter of the 19th century a landscape-style section with walks was laid out, of which a number of very striking avenue trees and specimen trees remain. Over the course of the 19th and subsequently the 20th century the park was transformed in landscape style, cleared and new woodland was planted. The following components are of historical importance:
- the surrounding forecourt paved with brick. In the centre of the lawn a lantern (see component 12 for this).
- the gardens lying to the north and east of the house site, which are largely surrounded by moats. On the north side the former vegetable garden with walls (see component 8 for this) and cold frame and the orchard with glasshouse (see components 9A and 9B for this). The paths are edged with clay-burnt bricks rounded at the top.
