Omschrijving
Het in 1730 of even daarna gebouwde pomphuis voorzag de vijf fonteinen in de Marot-aanleg van de nodige waterdruk. Wat resteert is een rechthoekige bouwdeel van één hoge bouwlaag met een zadeldak tussen topgevels. Enige verstoorde venster- en deuropeningen. Ten westen hiervan een hoekpunt van een zware muurpartij. In het metselwerk veel bouwsporen.
Waardering
De RUÏNE VAN HET POMPHUIS is van algemeen belang:
- als functioneel onderdeel van de buitenplaats;
- als inmiddels voor zijn tijd van ontstaan zeldzaam gebouwtype.

The pump house built in 1730 or shortly thereafter provided the necessary water pressure for the five fountains in the Marot layout. What remains is a rectangular building section of one high storey with a gabled roof between stepped gables. Some disturbed window and door openings. To the west of this a corner of a heavy wall section. Much evidence of construction in the masonry.

The RUIN OF THE PUMP HOUSE is of general importance:
