Inleiding
Rondom de boerderij gelegen door water omgeven ERF, bereikbaar via een aansluitende onverharde toegangsweg vanaf de Lecksdijk. De boerderij is bereikbaar door een hek bij de openbare weg en via de authentieke, onverharde toegangsweg.
N.B. Op het erf bevinden zich twee in de complexomschrijving genoemde paardenstallen, een houten toegangshek van recente datum en een vrijstaande hooiberg, na een brand in 1985 vernieuwd in een van de eerdere hooiberg afwijkende vorm (thans drie, eerder vier roeden en gewijzigde kap). Deze onderdelen vallen niet onder de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Het erf is deels voorzien van een oude klinkerbestrating, deels van grind en groenaanleg met enkele oude bomen (o.a. paardekastanje). De bijbehorende authentieke toegangsweg is onverhard. Aan het begin van de toegangsweg staat een eenvoudig spijlenhek zonder decoraties van rond 1900.

Het ERF is van algemeen belang
-als functioneel onderdeel van het boerderijcomplex
-vanwege de hoge ouderdom van de onverharde toegangsweg en de historische aanleg van het erf
-vanwege het ensemble van boerderij, zomerhuis en boenhok op een erf met authentieke toegangsweg, dat wordt ondersteund door de aanwezigheid van een recent vernieuwde hooiberg;
-vanwege de authentieke situering in een nagenoeg ongewijzigd gedeelte van de polder.

Introduction
Around the farmhouse situated a water-surrounded YARD, accessible via an adjoining unpaved access road from the Lecksdijk. The farmhouse is accessible via a gate at the public road and via the authentic, unpaved access road.
N.B. On the yard are located two horse stables mentioned in the complex description, a wooden gate of recent date and a detached hay barn, after a fire in 1985 renewed in a form differing from the earlier hay barn (now three, previously four bays and modified roof). These components are not covered by the protection.
Description
The yard is partly furnished with old clinker paving, partly with gravel and green planting with some old trees (including horse chestnut). The associated authentic access road is unpaved. At the beginning of the access road stands a simple spear gate without decoration from around 1900.
Valuation
The YARD is of general importance
- as a functional component of the farmyard complex
- on account of the great age of the unpaved access road and the historical layout of the yard
- on account of the ensemble of farmhouse, summer house and utility building on a yard with authentic access road, which is supported by the presence of a recently renewed hay barn;
