Omschrijving onderdeel 3. Chauffeurswoning
Garage met bovenwoning, gebouw in het eerste kwart van de 20ste eeuw als chauffeurswoning bij 't Haveke. Bakstenen gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond van een begane grond en een bovenverdieping onder schilddak. Aan de voorzijde is de baksteen wit geschilderd. Ver overstekende goot op korbelen. In de naar het huis toegewende gevel een hoge getoogde deur die toegang biedt tot de garage en twee roedevensters terzijde. Aan weerzijden twee lage aanbouwen waarin een schuur en opslagmogelijkheid. Een houten toegangstrap aan de linkerkant leidt op tot de woning op de verdieping. In de garage een wasplaats met pomp. De kelder van de chauffeurswoning is van buitenaf toegankelijk.

Garage with dwellinghouse above, a building from the first quarter of the 20th century as a chauffeur's cottage at 't Haveke. Brick building on rectangular floor plan consisting of a ground floor and an upper storey under a hipped roof. The brick on the front facade is painted white. Far-overhanging gutter on corbels. In the gable facing the house is a tall arched door providing access to the garage and two roedevensters on either side. On both sides two low extensions containing a barn and storage space. A wooden access stair on the left side leads up to the dwelling on the upper floor. In the garage a wash place with pump. The cellar of the chauffeur's cottage is accessible from outside.
