Omschrijving onderdeel 10: BOERDERIJ MET KAPBERG EN TWEE SCHUREN (op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 10).
BOERDERIJ uit de eerste helft van de 19e eeuw onder een met riet gedekt wolfsdak. De voorgevel is voorzien van vlechtingen, een entree, vensters met schuiframen met roedenverdeling en voorzien van luiken. Op de verdieping een klein venster. De zijgevels en achtergevel kenmerken zich door een karakteristieke indeling voorzien van vensters met roedenverdeling, stalraampjes, stal- en baanderdeuren. In het interieur ondermeer in de middenkamer in het voorhuis een betegelde schouw met bedsteden aan weerszijden. Voor de boerderij staan drie leilindes.
Op het erf een vijfroeden KAPBERG voorzien van een met riet gedekte vijfhoekige kap, een grotendeels stenen SCHUUR met rieten schilddak en een houten SCHUUR met door pannen gedekt schilddak.

FARMHOUSE from the first half of the 19th century under a half-hipped roof covered with thatch. The front gable is provided with wooden panels, an entrance, windows with sash windows with glazing bars and provided with shutters. On the upper storey a small window. The side gables and rear gable are characterized by a characteristic layout provided with windows with glazing bars, stable windows, stable and barn doors. In the interior, among other things in the middle room in the front house a tiled fireplace with bed cupboards on either side. In front of the farmhouse stand three linden trees.
