Inleiding
Wagenschuur met zomerhuis gebouwd tussen ca. 1800 en 1830 en behorende bij het boerderijcomplex "Voorzorg". Het gebouw heeft een langwerpige plattegrond en staat in het verlengde van de boerderij.
Omschrijving
De WAGENSCHUUR ANNEX ZOMERHUIS is deels opgetrokken in kruisverband van bakstenen in rijnformaat en deels in potdekselwerk. Het gebouw is voorzien van een rietgedekt zadeldak met wolfseinden en nokvorsten.
De voorgevel geeft toegang tot het voormalige zomerhuis. Voorgevel met vlechtingen en staafankers, zwartgeteerde plint. In het midden een deur met drieruits bovenraam, strek en gemetselde onderdorpel, daarboven een gietijzeren roosraam in houten kozijn met rollaag rondom. Rechts van de deur een meerruits schuifvenster met luiken en strek. Links van de deur een tweede deur met gesmede gehengen en drieruits bovenraam.
Van de linkerzijgevel is het rechtergedeelte uitgevoerd in metselwerk met zwartgeteerde plint, geen gevelopeningen. Links, waar de gevel vroeger was voorzien van potdekselwerk, is deze thans gedicht met gestuukt plaatmateriaal zonder monumentwaarde.
Gepotdekselde achtergevel boven grijs gestuukte plint, beëindigd met knellat. Een houten inrijdeur en daarboven een houten hooiluik met vierruits bovenlicht.
Van de rechterzijgevel is het linkergedeelte uitgevoerd in metselwerk met zwartgeteerde plint en meerruits schuifvenster; potdekselwerk in het rechter gedeelte van de gevel vervangen door metselwerk met penanten en betonnen stalramen.
In het interieur drie ankerbalkgebinten in grenen, waarvan één strijkgebint tegen achtergevel, verbonden door een hoge fliering. Op de ankerbalk een Oudhollands spant met blokkeel en schoren naar de bovenste fliering. Sporenkap met nokgording.
Bouwsporen van de interne opsplitsing in wonen en schuur en van de schouw en bakoven zijn in de muren bewaard gebleven. Grotendeels authentieke bestrating, groep van een latere wijziging tot koeienstal, restant voedergoot, onderste draaiblok van karnmolen bewaard.
Waardering
De WAGENSCHUUR ANNEX ZOMERHUIS is van algemeen belang:

The WAGON BARN ANNEX SUMMER HOUSE is partly constructed in English bond of brick in Rijnformat and partly in Flemish bond. The building is provided with a thatched gabled roof with half-hipped ends and roof ridge ornaments.
The front facade gives access to the former summer house. Front facade with timber framing and rod anchors, black tarred plinth. In the centre a door with three-light transom, stretch and mortared threshold, above which a cast iron grille window in wooden frame with roller frame all around. To the right of the door a multi-light sash window with shutters and stretch. To the left of the door a second door with wrought hinges and three-light transom.
Of the left side facade the right section is executed in masonry with black tarred plinth, no facade openings. On the left, where the facade was formerly provided with Flemish bond, this is now sealed with plastered sheet material of no heritage value.
Flemish-bonded rear facade above grey plastered plinth, finished with clamp lath. A wooden loading door and above it a wooden hay loft with four-light fanlight.
Of the right side facade the left section is executed in masonry with black tarred plinth and multi-light sash window; Flemish bonding in the right section of the facade replaced by masonry with pilasters and concrete stable windows.
In the interior three collar tie trusses in pine, of which one tie beam against rear facade, connected by a high tie beam. On the collar tie a roof truss with apex block and braces to the upper tie beam. Roof truss with ridge board and decorative framing.
Build traces of the internal division into residential and barn sections and of the chimney and baking oven are preserved in the walls. Mostly authentic paving, group of a later modification to cow stable, remainder of feed trough, lower turning block of churn preserved.

The WAGON BARN ANNEX SUMMER HOUSE is of general importance:
