Omschrijving
Het tuinhuis is in opzet gelijk aan het aangrenzende tuinhuis van Prinsengracht 1023 en beslaat de gehele breedte van het perceel. De zwartgeschilderde bakstenen gevel bevat een kozijn met roedenverdeling en ter weerszijden een paneeldeur met bovenlicht. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een eenvoudige kroonlijst. Het tuinhuis dateert vermoedelijk in oorsprong uit de tweede helft van de zeventiende eeuw. De kap is vernieuwd. Het interieur bestaat uit één ruimte. De vloer is langs de randen gedeeltelijk belegd met tegels van rode zandsteen.

Description
The garden house is in layout identical to the adjacent garden house at Prinsengracht 1023 and spans the entire width of the plot. The black-painted brick facade contains a window with glazing bars and on either side a panelled door with fanlight. The facade is finished with a simple cornice. The garden house presumably dates in origin from the second half of the seventeenth century. The roof has been renewed. The interior consists of a single room. The floor is partially laid with red sandstone tiles along the edges.
