Het TUINHUIS, uit circa 1735, beslaat de gehele breedte van het perceel en heeft een plat dak. De gevel is bekleed met zandsteen. De gevel, door pilasters opgedeeld in drie traveeën, bevat een dubbele deur met bovenlicht in de middenrisaliet en een dubbel venster met bovenlicht ter weerszijden. De entree wordt benadrukt door een zandstenen wapen. Op het dak staan verder twee vazen. Van het interieur resteren nagenoeg geen oorspronkelijke onderdelen meer.

Description
The GARDEN HOUSE, from circa 1735, spans the entire width of the plot and has a flat roof. The facade is clad with sandstone. The facade, divided by pilasters into three bays, contains a double door with fanlight in the central projecting section and a double window with fanlight on either side. The entrance is emphasised by a sandstone coat of arms. On the roof stand moreover two vases. Of the interior scarcely any original components remain.
