KOETSHUIS met STAL behorend bij dokterspraktijkwoning, in door Jugendstil en Chaletstijl beïnvloede bouwtrant, gelegen rechts achter de woning. In baksteen opgetrokken, in kruisverband gemetseld gebouw van één bouwlaag met zadeldak, gedekt met rode kruispannen. In de voorgevel, die gedecoreerd wordt door gepleisterde banden, rechts dubbele getoogde inrijdeuren ontlast door een segmentboog met geboorte- en sluitstenen. Centraal hierboven door de dakrand stekend een hooiluik. Links hiervan een smal staand rondboogvenster met overhoekse roedeverdeling. In het terugliggende geveldeel links de stalentree bestaande uit een getoogde deur ontlast door segmentboog. In de linker zijgevel een getoogd ijzeren stalraampje met roedeverdeling.

COACH HOUSE with STABLE belonging to doctor's practice residence, in building style influenced by Jugendstil and Chalet style, located directly behind the residence on the right. Building of one storey constructed in brickwork, laid in English bond, with gabled roof covered with red interlocking tiles. In the front gable, which is decorated by rendered bands, on the right double arched carriage doors relieved by a segmental arch with impost and skewback stones. Centrally above this, protruding through the roof edge, a hay loft. To the left of this a narrow tall round-arched window with diagonal glazing bars. In the recessed gable part on the left the stable entrance consisting of an arched door relieved by segmental arch. In the left side gable an arched iron stable window with glazing bars.
