Het TUINHUIS heeft één bouwlaag met een plat dak en is opgetrokken in baksteen. Samen met het naastgelegen tuinhuis is de gevel symmetrisch van opzet, met een niet originele kuif boven de middenpartij. Tot het onderhavige tuinhuis behoort het linker gedeelte, met een houten paneeldeur met bovenlicht en daarnaast een houten schuifraam met roedenverdeling. De gevel wordt afgesloten door een kroonlijst.

The GARDEN HOUSE has one storey with a flat roof and is constructed of brick. Together with the adjacent garden house the facade is symmetrical in design, with a non-original hood above the central section. The left section belongs to this garden house, with a wooden panel door with fanlight and next to it a wooden sash window with glazing bars. The facade is terminated by a cornice.
